destiny shrugs: fine

cyan limps over to snow and snarls: why do you always think i'm up to something! Why can't you trust me just once! I have a life that i want and need to live but i know i'll never be able to now!

Cyan i know your here come over here and stand with me and please don't try anything.
I nod to Koda and Desiny. I say to Destiny how are you holding up?

cyan sees snow and she watches as koda and destiny emerge from the shadows

i get to the border and wait for them

i curl back up and slowly drift to sleep...

cyan wanders in the depths of the territory waiting at the border...

destiny and koda wait in the shadows near the border

aww its going to be ok hey wait where did you go i will be back soon
i leave and go to the border

i shrug my shoulders and snort: wat eva... maybe then i wouldn't be like this...
i sigh: nothing can help this... all the pups hate me cuz of this and wat i did before...

i curl up in the shadows blending in almost invisible because of my black fur...

Crystal this still would have happened but it would have been worst at least this way she didn't die because of you.
i rub her nose with mine. yes i do and its going to be over if she would like to come back.

i say: well its one mistake to many...maybe if i just let her take koda the this wouldn't have happened...
i question: don't you have somewhere to be right bout now

Crystal look at me please. you do a lot of things that are right one bad choice is nothing compared to a life of good choices. and she still trusts you very much. it will mother nature will make it better if she sees that you stopped her from making a bad choice. its going to be ok im here im here

i growl: no its not! I can't do anything right! Cyan trusted me the most and look what i did!

cyan gets up and walks towards the den entrance.

i growl: we can't hide the facts! it wont get better, she'll have to learn to live with that...

cyan looks down at the leg she has to drag and says: thanx for showing hope in me crystal...

cyan walks off

i walk over to her and lay next to her its ok Crystal

i mumble: over here

*I go into the den and try to find Crystal*
I yell: Crystal where are you?

i think she's in the den

ok but i will come check on you often now i need to go find Crystal.

cyan: dad its fine

i know i shouldn't but its so sad to see you in so much pain i will find a way to make it better i promise you.

cyan: dad come on don't cry

i look at Cyan feeling tears in my eyes then i keep on searching for Crystal i the den

cyans leg lies at an aquward position

we enter the clearing and i ease her down then i go try to find Crystal.

i can tell that they arrive home...



cyan lies down in the center of the clearing...

well i know that it will be fixed
we walk home slowly and try to keep her off her hurt leg

cyan whines: no use in trying to tell me anymore... i know it will...

cyan gets up and leans on snow...

i go home and lie in the den in the shadows
